These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and KJ888 ("KJ888", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the KJ888 website located at kj888.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related services offered by KJ888 (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with KJ888's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

KJ888 operates as an online entertainment and wagering platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related services to eligible users. KJ888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In order to register a KJ888 account and access the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. KJ888 applies a strict 21+ policy in compliance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting operations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, any other active or suspended KJ888 Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under all circumstances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through KJ888's self-exclusion tools or imposed through an external responsible gambling programme.
• Accurate Information: All personal information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details — must be truthful, current, and accurate. Submission of false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a KJ888 Employee: Employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors of KJ888 are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

Account registration on KJ888 is a mandatory precondition for accessing any real-money service on the Platform. The registration process requires the submission of personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

KJ888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification framework. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• When cumulative deposits or wagers reach thresholds established by KJ888's internal compliance team.
• Where KJ888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Upon request by KJ888 at any time during the account lifecycle.

KYC documentation may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months), and in certain circumstances, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited to the Platform.

Failure or refusal to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by KJ888 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in permanent account closure. KJ888 will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by a user's failure to complete KYC.

All deposits and withdrawals on KJ888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). KJ888 supports the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Now. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted, with all crypto balances converted to MYR equivalent upon receipt.

• Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit is RM30, subject to variation by payment method as disclosed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: KJ888 targets e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Processing times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the registered account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Pending Wagers: KJ888 reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal request until all pending wagers associated with the relevant account have been settled.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. KJ888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies for direct crediting without prior written approval.

KJ888 offers a range of betting and gaming products including live casino games, RNG-certified slot and table games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFF Cup, World Cup qualifiers, and UFC), live in-play sports betting, and lottery products. Each product category is governed by its specific game rules, which are published within the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wager Acceptance: KJ888 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, the odds were manifestly incorrect, or the Platform experienced a technical error at the time of placement.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void where the relevant sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond the period specified in KJ888's sports betting rules, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Void bets are refunded in full to the User's account balance.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Game Integrity: All casino games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Sports betting odds are set by KJ888's trading team in accordance with standard market practices. KJ888 does not guarantee specific RTP outcomes for individual sessions.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of an interrupted connection during a live game session, KJ888's servers will record the final game state. The outcome determined by KJ888's system at the point of disconnection shall be final and binding.

KJ888 offers a range of welcome bonuses, ongoing promotions, VIP loyalty benefits, and seasonal offers to eligible registered users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion, which shall form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). This multiplier indicates the total amount of qualifying wagers that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10x requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets to be completed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, individual bets are capped — typically at RM250–RM500 per round or wager, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagers exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games such as Baccarat and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified in the promotion's terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: KJ888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wager patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, and coordinated bonus exploitation. KJ888 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in confirmed abuse cases.
• VIP Programme: KJ888's three-tier VIP membership (Silver, Gold, Diamond) provides additional benefits including rebates, cashback, and dedicated support. VIP benefits are non-transferable and subject to KJ888's continued operation of the programme.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KJ888 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in one or more of these activities shall be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another individual; creating accounts in a fictitious name.
• Money Laundering: Using KJ888 for the purposes of concealing, transferring, or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity. KJ888 has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing & Collusion: Sharing account credentials with any third party; coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Duplicate Accounts: Operating more than one KJ888 account, whether concurrently or sequentially, for any purpose including the circumvention of a prior account suspension.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; exploiting software bugs or pricing errors.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate deposit. Any disputed transaction must first be raised with KJ888's support team.
• Underage Access: Permitting any individual under the age of 21 to access, use, or wager through your KJ888 account.

KJ888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by KJ888.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform.
• An active self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified third party.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that prevent KJ888 from continuing to offer services to the relevant account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Upon termination of an account for reasons attributable to user misconduct, KJ888 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account, including real-money balance and bonus funds. Where termination occurs for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via a verified payment method following completion of KYC.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their KJ888 account may do so by contacting the 24/7 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding wagers and completion of any pending withdrawals.

All content published on the KJ888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface elements, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of KJ888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written consent from KJ888.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on KJ888's proprietary content or brand assets.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KJ888 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagered funds resulting from technical failure or disconnection, or financial loss arising from betting or gaming outcomes.

KJ888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and circumstances beyond KJ888's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment processing outages, and force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions.

KJ888's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By registering a KJ888 account, you acknowledge that KJ888 will collect and process personal data including your name, contact details, device information, transaction history, and gameplay data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. KJ888 uses this data primarily to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, to send promotional communications.

KJ888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options accessible directly from the account settings panel.

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to KJ888's customer support team via live chat or email, providing your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant evidence. KJ888 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

• Step 3 — External Review: If a complaint remains unresolved after the escalation process, you may seek resolution through the applicable external dispute resolution mechanism specified in your jurisdiction.

All disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. KJ888 will not consider disputes raised outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at KJ888's absolute discretion.

KJ888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes to the Terms — including changes that significantly affect user rights or obligations — will additionally be communicated via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued access to or use of the KJ888 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
